Machine Operator

Responsibilities

• Set up automated production equipment by reviewing schedules and loading components, feeders, and stencils
• Start and monitor machinery, making real-time adjustments to maintain production within control limits
• Inspect products against specifications and perform reworks or equipment adjustments as needed
• Track inventory, record process data, and monitor the shelf life of chemicals and sensitive parts
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and follow proper cleaning and shutdown procedures

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of machine operation experience
• Ability to read mechanical drawings, blueprints, and complex instructions
• Proficiency with measurement tools including calipers and protractors
• Basic mathematical skills for weight and distance measurements
• Ability to use independent judgment to solve practical problems
