Machine Operator

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate automated production equipment, including loading components, feeders, and stencils
• Monitor machinery in real-time and make necessary adjustments to maintain production control limits
• Inspect products against technical specifications and perform reworks or equipment adjustments as needed
• Track inventory, record process data, and monitor the shelf life of chemicals and sensitive parts
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and follow strict cleaning and shutdown procedures

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of machine operation experience
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and blueprints
• Proficiency with measurement tools such as calipers and protractors
• Basic mathematical skills for weight and distance calculations
• Ability to follow complex written instructions and diagrams
