About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the material conveying process, including big bag or bulk offloading
- Monitor and troubleshoot material feeding systems to maintain continuous flow
- Set up, start, operate, and shut down equipment for quality production
- Adjust machine controls throughout runtime to maintain optimal performance
- Perform machine maintenance and adjustments to meet product specifications
- Respond to alarms and resolve issues promptly
- Conduct thorough inspections throughout the production process
- Address and resolve processing issues to meet customer requirements
- Ensure proper waste disposal procedures
Requirements
- Ability to troubleshoot machines
- Ability to stand 12 hours consecutively
- Ability to pull, lift, or carry at least 50 lbs
- Ability to perform in a hot environment
- Effective communication with team members and management
