About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage material conveying processes including big bag or bulk offloading
- Monitor and troubleshoot material feeding systems to maintain consistent flow
- Set up, start, operate, and shut down equipment for quality production
- Adjust machine controls during runtime to maintain optimal performance
- Perform machine maintenance and adjustments to meet product specifications
- Respond to alarms and resolve issues promptly to maintain efficiency
- Conduct thorough inspections to ensure finished products meet standards
- Address processing issues to meet customer requirements and minimize downtime
- Ensure proper waste disposal procedures
Requirements
- Ability to troubleshoot machines
- Ability to stand for 12 consecutive hours
- Ability to pull, lift, or carry at least 50 lbs
- Ability to perform in a hot environment
- Effective communication skills
