Machine Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate shot blasting machines as a primary task
• Perform secondary tasks including washing and packaging
• Maintain high standards of quality and safety in daily production
• Work effectively within a 3-shift team environment

Requirements

• Proven experience with machine operation
• Ability to work fixed night shifts
• Strong manual dexterity and hands-on skills
• Basic IT skills at a user level
• Reliable, flexible, and a strong team player
