Responsibilities

• Set up, changeover, and calibrate production machinery
• Operate machinery safely and efficiently to maintain production flow
• Monitor machine performance and resolve minor mechanical issues
• Complete routine checks and basic maintenance tasks
• Check product quality regularly to ensure standards are met
• Document machine settings, faults, and performance data
• Follow all site safety guidelines, hygiene standards, and SOPs

Requirements

• Experience as a Machine Operator, Machine Setter, or Production Operative
• Hands-on mechanical aptitude
• Ability to solve problems quickly and work independently
• Strong attention to detail
• Willingness to work backshift schedules

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in food manufacturing
