Responsibilities

• Set up and calibrate production machinery in line with product specifications
• Complete safe and efficient machine changeovers
• Carry out regular machine checks and respond to minor mechanical issues
• Monitor production output to ensure quality standards are met
• Record machine settings, changes, and production data accurately
• Work closely with operators, setters, and team leaders
• Assist with training new operators on safety and operation

Requirements

• Experience as a Machine Setter, Machine Operator, or Production Operative
• Strong mechanical awareness and hands-on approach
• Good attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Ability to work effectively within a team
• Reliability and a positive attitude

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in food production
