Machine Operator

Responsibilities

• Set up and adjust machinery to ensure optimum running performance and product quality
• Complete line changeovers safely and efficiently
• Carry out routine machine checks and basic maintenance
• Identify and resolve minor mechanical issues quickly
• Monitor production output and make adjustments to maintain consistency
• Ensure all products meet company quality standards
• Follow all health, safety and hygiene procedures
• Record machine settings, changes, and checks for traceability

Requirements

• Experience as a Machine Setter, Machine Operator, or Production Operative
• Good mechanical awareness and confidence working with machinery
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Ability to work a 4-day shift pattern including weekends
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in food production
