Machine Operator 4

Responsibilities

• Perform set-up, operation, and sequential start-up of automated equipment and peripheral hardware
• Monitor equipment operation and initiate adjustments to ensure processes remain within established control limits
• Load electronic components, raw cards, feeders, fixtures, stencils, and chemicals
• Inspect production quality levels and adjust hardware when workmanship falls below specifications
• Perform preventive maintenance and routine cleaning of automated equipment at specified intervals
• Record data required for statistical process control and inventory management
• Monitor shelf-life usage of perishable chemicals and moisture-sensitive parts

Requirements

• High school degree or equivalent
• Minimum of 5+ years of machine operator experience or experience in a related area
• Basic programming skills and complex troubleshooting abilities
• Mathematical proficiency, including the ability to perform operations using weight and distance measurements
• Ability to read and comprehend moderately complex instructions
• Ability to effectively present information to employees, leads, and supervisors
