Machine Operator 1

Responsibilities

• Operate various production machines including CMM, grinding, EDM, polish wheel, and furnace
• Perform routine manufacturing operations such as deburring, cleaning, and gauging parts
• Read and interpret process sheets and assess product acceptance based on blueprint specifications
• Utilize measuring devices and make minor offset changes with oversight
• Document labor, preventative maintenance, and dimensional data on check sheets and run charts
• Maintain a clean work area and adhere to all EH&S guidelines and personal protective equipment requirements
• Work a 2nd shift schedule (Monday - Friday, 2pm - 10pm)

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent (e.g., GED)
• U.S. citizenship is required

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or machine operator experience
