Machine Operator 1

Responsibilities

• Operate various production machines including CMM, polish wheels, grinding machines, and EDM
• Read and interpret process sheets and blueprints to ensure product accuracy
• Deburr and clean parts to meet quality standards
• Utilize precision measuring instruments to assess product acceptance based on specifications
• Perform routine preventative maintenance and document all results
• Complete Daily Walk Around (DWA) inspections and utilize communication logs
• Maintain production rates per standard work requirements

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• U.S. citizenship is required
• Proficiency with machine tools and precision measuring instruments
• Strong mathematical aptitude and ability to read/work from blueprints and drawings

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of machine operator experience
