Machine Operator 1

Responsibilities

• Operate various production machines including CMM, EDM, grinding machines, polish wheels, and furnaces
• Perform routine manufacturing operations such as deburring, cleaning, and gaging parts
• Read and interpret process sheets and assess product acceptance based on blueprint specifications
• Utilize measuring devices and make minor offset changes with oversight
• Document labor in Solumina, perform preventative maintenance, and maintain dimensional data on run charts
• Complete Daily Walk Arounds (DWA) and utilize communication logs
• Maintain a clean work area and adhere to all EH&S guidelines and personal protective equipment requirements

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent (e.g., GED)
• U.S. citizenship is required for access to specific program information

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in manufacturing or as a machine operator
