Machine Minder

Responsibilities

• Maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot machinery to ensure optimal performance and product quality
• Deliver PCS 2.0 and SIC from line
• Identify, solve, and action problems on an hourly basis
• Accountable for Process KPIs including Health & Safety, Food Safety, Quality, Cost & waste
• Conduct audits to monitor employee performance and area housekeeping
• Recognize and action unsafe conditions or behaviors
• Drive housekeeping standards and adherence to GMP
• Provide feedback to staff operating in the processing area
• Assist with the training of other colleagues

Requirements

• Experience within a manufacturing role
• Strong people and leadership skills
• Working knowledge of root cause analysis
• Sound verbal and numerical reasoning
• Ability to prioritize tasks
• Knowledge of CI tools and systems
