Machine Maintenance Technician, Staff

Responsibilities

• Maintain and upkeep production equipment to achieve minimum downtime and high operating efficiency
• Perform equipment repair, troubleshooting, set-up, and preventive maintenance
• Execute equipment fine-tuning, optimization, and type conversion before releasing to production
• Lead equipment maintenance efforts and mentor junior technicians
• Perform tool calibrations and ensure all documentation and stickers are properly updated
• Analyze equipment data to contribute to continuous improvement projects
• Ensure compliance with CSR, EHS, QM, ESD, 5S standards, and cleanroom protocols

Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering or an equivalent Technical Certificate
• 3 years of relevant technical experience
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve complex equipment issues
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and meet deadlines in a production environment
