Machine Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair of machine tools, including conventional machines, NC machines, and machining centers
• Maintain technical production systems such as crane systems, engine construction plants, and testing equipment
• Execute complex maintenance and repair tasks independently, covering mechanical, electrical, electronic, hydraulic, and pneumatic components
• Manage the assembly, connection, and commissioning of new machines and systems according to technical plans
• Conduct error diagnosis and detailed fault analysis on various control systems to prepare for technician deployments
• Support external service providers and provide guidance to less experienced team members
• Make independent decisions during malfunctions to prevent danger and minimize damage

Requirements

• Completed technical training as an Industrial Mechanic, Mechatronics Technician, or Electrician
• Proven electrical qualification (e.g., electrician for specified activities)
• Multi-year professional experience in machine maintenance or plant construction
• Proficiency in mechanical, electrical, electronic, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Structured, reliable, and independent working style
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
