Machine Learning/Data Scientist

Responsibilities

• Propose solutions to science problems in an evolving environment
• Collaborate with engineering and product leadership on long-term science roadmaps
• Work with engineering teams to integrate and deploy research into production
• Conduct regular internal science reviews and educational sessions
• Partner with academic institutions to stay at the forefront of R&D

Requirements

• PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of experience post-PhD or equivalent industry experience
• Expertise in NLP, machine translation, self-supervised learning, or computer vision
• Proficiency in programming and modern ML frameworks
• Demonstrated research track with top-level journal or conference publications
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
