Machine Learning/AI Lead

Responsibilities

• Train, fine-tune, evaluate, and productionize large-scale deep learning and GenAI models
• Lead and mentor technical teams in a fast-paced, product-driven environment
• Manage model optimization, GPU acceleration, and inference frameworks
• Collaborate across teams to solve complex technical problems

Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on experience building and deploying ML or deep learning models
• Experience leading or mentoring teams
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field
• Strong programming skills in Python
• Proficiency with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX
• Deep understanding of transformers, LLMs, attention mechanisms, and GenAI training pipelines
• Hands-on experience with model optimization, GPU acceleration, and inference frameworks

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with vLLM, Triton, TensorRT, or similar high-performance inference systems
• Experience building or integrating ASR (speech-to-text) and TTS (text-to-speech) systems
• Exposure to multimodal architectures involving vision, language, and audio
• Experience deploying ML models on AWS, GCP, or Azure
