Machine Learning Software Engineer (AI)

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and implement scalable ML models and real-time inference services for high-throughput, low-latency decisioning.
• Build and optimize data ingestion and feature pipelines using Kafka, Airflow, and Spark.
• Collaborate with data scientists and product engineers to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications and deployable ML solutions.
• Conduct structured experimentation using frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
• Deploy and operate ML applications using Docker and Kubernetes in cloud environments, including release automation and monitoring.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in machine learning and data science.
• 7+ years of experience deploying AI solutions in cloud environments.
• 5+ years of experience driving large-scale projects in a matrixed environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in the financial services industry.
• 5+ years of proficiency in Python, Java, or Scala, including hands-on use of ML libraries like TensorFlow, Keras, or Scikit-learn.
• 4+ years of experience with SQL and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Cassandra.
