Machine Learning Scientist

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the founding team to build and deploy state-of-the-art ML models
• Take ownership of technical decisions regarding model training and deployment
• Manage entire research projects from initial design through to completion
• Train large-scale generative models using high-performance compute resources

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience training state-of-the-art models
• Deep expertise in distributed PyTorch
• Extensive experience training large generative models from scratch, such as LLMs or diffusion models
• Intimate familiarity with the full ML stack, including data engineering, design, training, and evaluation
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Must be eligible to work in the US
