Responsibilities

• Work closely with the founding team on technical decisions for building and deploying state-of-the-art ML models
• Own a wide variety of technical decisions regarding model training and deployment
• Manage research projects from inception to completion

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience training state-of-the-art models with distributed PyTorch
• Intimate familiarity with the entire stack of data engineering, designing, training, and evaluating ML models
• Track record of independent ownership of entire research projects
• Extensive experience training large generative models from scratch (LLMs or diffusion models)
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Eligibility to work in the US
