Machine Learning Scientist/Applied Scientist

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end measurement for lifecycle marketing campaigns by designing experiments such as RCTs, geo-tests, and audience holdouts.
• Build scalable measurement frameworks and experimental best practices across various activation platforms.
• Establish experimental standards and tooling for lifecycle marketing to ensure statistical rigor.
• Apply causal inference methods to measure the incremental impact of marketing campaigns against counterfactuals.
• Navigate complex measurement challenges across platforms including Meta attribution, LiveRamp, clean rooms, and onsite tracking.
• Analyze experiment results to provide data-driven optimization recommendations and establish success criteria for campaigns.

Requirements

• PhD in computer science, machine learning, engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in patents or peer-reviewed publications at top-tier conferences or journals.
• Experience with algorithms, data structures, numerical optimization, or data mining.
• Proven experience building machine learning models or developing algorithms for business applications.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in professional software development.
• Experience in designing experiments and performing statistical analysis of results.
