Extend is building a modern document processing cloud on a mission to transform how the world works with unstructured data.
Responsibilities
- Training and deploying SOTA vision models for document processing
- Design novel LLM techniques for increasing the complexity of use cases and data streams
- Monitor existing models in production and run experiments to solve issues
- Take complete ownership over work and large areas of product and engineering
- Work directly with the CEO, CTO, and founding members to help build out the team
Requirements
- Ability to think creatively about complex problems
- Up to date on the latest in AI research
- Focus on real-world customer impact rather than just theory
- Experience with LLMs and complex data processing
