Machine Learning Ops Developer

Responsibilities

• Drive operational excellence of the AI/ML Platform by implementing and optimizing MLOps practices
• Design and implement automated deployment pipelines for machine learning models to ensure seamless transitions to production
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and maintain scalable infrastructure for model training, inference, and data processing
• Develop and maintain robust monitoring and logging systems to track model performance and system health
• Implement version control systems for machine learning models and contribute to model governance and compliance standards
• Work closely with data engineers to ensure efficient data pipelines for model training and validation
• Identify opportunities for process automation and implement strategies to enhance the overall MLOps lifecycle
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex operational issues and participate in incident response

Requirements

• BS or MS in Computer Science or a related field
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps and MLOps, specifically managing machine learning models in production
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform or Ansible
• Strong expertise in containerization technologies including Docker and Kubernetes
• Demonstrated experience managing CI/CD pipelines for machine learning projects
• Strong scripting skills in Python or Bash for automating operational processes
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus or Grafana

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms, specifically AWS or Azure
• Familiarity with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch
• Knowledge of databases and data storage solutions such as SQL, NoSQL, or data lakes
• Experience working within Agile development methodologies
