Machine Learning Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of highly skilled ML researchers and engineers
• Drive technical recruitment, sourcing, interviews, and onboarding to scale the organization
• Coach technical team members to develop new skills and ensure a positive employee experience
• Guide cross-functional project teams through complex scientific and technical challenges
• Manage and optimize research workflows to ensure rigorous and reproducible results for frontier models
• Bridge the gap between theoretical concepts and advanced engineering

Requirements

• PhD in a relevant field such as Computer Science or Mathematics
• Over 10 years of experience in Machine Learning or Deep Learning
• Over 5 years of experience in project leadership and people management
• Experience leading Machine Learning or Deep Learning research projects
• Experience working with foundation models
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex scientific concepts
• Resilience and advanced problem-solving skills for ambiguous technical challenges
