PathAI's mission is to improve patient outcomes with AI-powered pathology. Our platform promises substantial improvements to the accuracy of diagnosis and the efficacy of treatment of diseases like cancer, leveraging modern approaches in machine learning and artificial intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the design, development, and evaluation of machine learning models for AI products, services, and core ML models
• Work on subprojects derived from the ongoing ML product roadmap, focusing on model improvements with novel techniques
• Partner with MLOps and platform teams to help build and improve ML pipelines
• Participate in experimental design, analysis, and team knowledge-sharing initiatives like design reviews and technical forums

Requirements

• Currently pursuing an M.S. or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Biomedical Engineering
• Focus on Computer Vision and Machine Learning
• Strong programming skills in Python
• Hands-on experience with ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Solid grasp of machine learning and computer vision fundamentals
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment

Preferred Qualifications

• High impact contributions through AI/ML publications
• Open-source project contributions
• Experience with AI-based products
