Machine Learning Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop, deploy, and maintain ML models and pipelines for NLP tasks
• Design and set up self-hosted models to ensure efficiency and scalability
• Establish workflows for fine-tuning, feedback loops, and online learning
• Implement and optimize prompt refinement techniques to improve model results
• Research and evaluate state-of-the-art AI advancements for integration
• Build and productionize deep learning models for seamless system integration
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify AI/ML opportunities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in machine learning or applied AI roles
• Strong Python skills with experience hosting and maintaining ML models at scale
• Proficiency in deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Solid foundation in machine learning principles and statistical techniques
• Ability to evaluate research papers and translate methods into practical applications
• Strong communication skills to convey complex ideas to various stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with cloud platforms and containerization tools like Docker or Kubernetes
• Experience working with domain-specific data, such as clinical or biomedical datasets
• Knowledge of advanced NLP techniques, including prompt engineering
• Exposure to signal processing applications in various domains
