Machine Learning Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy scalable ML systems using modern MLOps practices
• Architect agentic AI systems for autonomous threat detection and adaptive policy enforcement
• Build tools for model development, debugging, and explainability
• Optimize ML workflows for distributed environments
• Collaborate cross-functionally with security analysts and engineers
• Advance ML techniques for anti-abuse, including adversarial robustness and graph-based anomaly detection

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or a related quantitative field
• 2+ years of hands-on experience building and running ML systems
• Production-level ML expertise with experience shipping models at scale
• Hands-on experience with LLMs in agentic environments
• Proficiency in Python and strong software engineering skills
• Deep understanding of probability, hypothesis testing, and experimental design

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with adversarial ML or red-teaming
• Experience working on distributed systems
• Contributions to open-source security or privacy tools
• Knowledge of federated learning, differential privacy, or on-device inference
• Familiarity with graph-based anomaly detection or knowledge graphs
• Technical leadership experience
• Security mindset regarding abuse patterns and threat intelligence
