Machine Learning Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy advanced machine learning models to solve real-world integrity problems
• Implement scalable data pipelines and optimize models for performance and accuracy
• Collaborate with researchers, software engineers, and product managers to deliver AI-powered solutions
• Monitor and maintain deployed models to ensure continued value and safety
• Bring research breakthroughs from concept to production-ready implementation

Requirements

• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field
• Demonstrated experience in deep learning and transformer models
• Proficiency in frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles
• Familiarity with training and fine-tuning LLMs (distillation, SFT, policy optimization)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with content understanding or abuse prevention using LLMs
