Machine Learning Engineer

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain scalable code to deliver ML processes in near real time
• Design and implement pipelines for the training and deployment of ML models
• Perform feasibility studies and technical analysis for new initiatives
• Develop comprehensive technical documentation, including diagrams and manuals
• Contribute to complex architectural designs involving multiple software components
• Design and execute unit and performance tests to ensure code quality
• Support and troubleshoot issues related to data and applications
• Design dashboards to monitor system performance and collect metrics
• Collaborate closely with data scientists and end-users to ensure technical compatibility

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience in software development
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Proficiency in Python with strong knowledge of OOP and unit testing
• Hands-on experience building, fine-tuning, or deploying ML models (CV, NLP, or LLMs)
• Familiarity with modern foundation models such as Qwen or LLaMA
• Experience with ML/Ops technologies like Azure ML for experiment tracking and deployment
• Proficiency in ML frameworks such as PyTorch, ONNX, or TensorFlow
• Experience with major cloud providers (Azure, GCP, or AWS)
• Experience working within Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Computer Engineering or a related discipline
• Demonstrated experience with Linux and Docker containers
• Experience with distributed systems and container orchestrators like Kubernetes
• Experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions)
• Experience designing monitoring dashboards using tools like Grafana
