Responsibilities

• Develop and refine models that decode neural data for Telepathy and Blindsight products
• Formulate research questions to guide neural network and signal processing algorithm development
• Utilize neural networks and data science to develop foundational machine learning applications for BCI
• Inform the hardware roadmap by identifying high-impact product features for users
• Lead the team by setting high standards for system building and operation

Requirements

• Experience writing production-level C, C++, Rust, or Python
• Proven track record of designing, building, and shipping real-time ML products
• Strong foundation in signal processing, algorithms, and software engineering principles
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
