Machine Learning Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop and iterate on deep learning models for CTR/CVR estimation and ranking
• Build and maintain data pipelines using GCP products and open-source frameworks
• Support production model serving and monitor model behavior in live environments
• Design and run offline experiments to define evaluation metrics and test hypotheses
• Collaborate with Machine Learning Engineers, Applied Scientists, and Infrastructure engineers
• Apply AdTech domain knowledge to auction mechanics and bidding systems

Requirements

• MS or Ph.D. in Computer Science or a related technical field
• Working knowledge of machine learning modeling concepts (classification, regression, loss functions)
• Solid foundation in statistics and probability
• Experience building or contributing to data pipelines or model serving systems
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or Go
• Fluent English communication skills
