Responsibilities

• Develop and iterate on deep learning models for real-world prediction problems, including CTR/CVR estimation and ranking
• Build and maintain data pipelines for model training and serving using GCP products and open-source frameworks
• Support production model serving and monitor model behavior in live environments
• Design and run offline experiments to define evaluation metrics and test hypotheses
• Collaborate with Machine Learning Engineers, Applied Scientists, and Infrastructure engineers
• Grow understanding of AdTech domain including auction mechanics and bidding systems

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related technical field
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or Go
• Solid foundation in statistics and probability
• Experience with machine learning modeling concepts (classification, regression, loss functions)
• Experience building or contributing to data pipelines or model serving systems
• Fluent English communication skills
• For ML Engineer II: 2+ years of hands-on software development experience in ML/DL
• For Senior ML Engineer: 5+ years of hands-on software development experience in ML/DL
• For Staff ML Engineer: 8+ years of hands-on software development experience in ML/DL

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant experience in AdTech
• MS or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science or related technical field
