Responsibilities

• Create and ship highly-differentiated AI experiences for sales teams
• Craft AI/ML strategy in collaboration with founders and executives
• Identify user needs suited for AI/ML solutions and collaborate with product leaders
• Prototype innovative, LLM-powered experiences and drive them into robust features
• Help build a world-class AI/ML engineering team through recruiting and mentoring

Requirements

• BS or MS degree in CS, AI, or applied math
• 5+ years of experience building AI/ML products in NLP domains
• Strong understanding of deep learning AI/ML frameworks or cloud services
• Hands-on ML Ops experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading AI/ML product initiatives
• Publications in applied AI/ML scientific journals
• Experience with LLM ops tools like LangChain, Llama, or Pinecone
