Machine Learning Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, train, and deploy scalable machine learning models to solve complex problems in structural analysis, predictive site maintenance, and construction logistics
• Process and analyze large, complex datasets generated from 3D structural models and real-time on-site construction metrics
• Integrate machine learning capabilities into custom internal software and user-facing mobile applications to enhance operational efficiency
• Collaborate with software developers, backend engineers, and structural experts to ensure models are robust and securely integrated into cloud infrastructure
• Continuously monitor, evaluate, and fine-tune deployed models to ensure maximum accuracy and adaptation to new data streams

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related highly quantitative field
• Proven experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or Data Scientist with a portfolio of deployed models in production environments
• Deep technical proficiency in Python
• Experience with industry-standard frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
• Hands-on experience with cloud computing platforms and RESTful APIs
• Experience integrating ML solutions with backend-as-a-service environments like Firebase
