Machine Learning Engineer, Integrity

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy advanced machine learning models to defend against adversarial threats and content abuse
• Implement scalable data pipelines and optimize models for production performance and accuracy
• Collaborate with researchers, software engineers, and product managers to turn research breakthroughs into tangible safety solutions
• Monitor and maintain deployed models to ensure continued platform integrity and stability
• Stay at the forefront of AI developments by engaging with the latest machine learning research and engineering practices

Requirements

• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field
• Demonstrated experience in deep learning and transformer models
• Proficiency in frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles
• Familiarity with LLM fine-tuning methods, including distillation, supervised fine-tuning, and policy optimization
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment with competing priorities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with content understanding or abuse prevention using Large Language Models
