Machine Learning Engineer

Responsibilities

• Establish a repeatable process to scrape and collect skills from performance reviews
• Create access-controlled databases to store jobs, competencies, and proficiency levels
• Develop data migration plans to export collected skills into Sponsor systems
• Scrape, collate, and analyze skill sets from open source and commercial databases
• Evaluate current Chatbot and Machine Learning (ML) offerings and integration opportunities
• Create documentation for Skills Taxonomy Gap Analysis and Standard Operating Procedures
• Maintain documentation regarding system access, methodologies, and project risks

Requirements

• Experience with SQL and database systems (Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, NoSQL)
• Experience implementing ETL tools
• Experience creating Data APIs or data services
• Proficiency in Python, Java, and Scala
• Experience with data visualization
• Experience implementing ML/AI software, tools, and services
• Experience with AWS-based analytic tools
• Experience using or creating Apache Hadoop

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Tableau visualizations
• Experience with Bluescape workspaces
• Experience working with cloud-based data services
• Experience with HR data and database environments
• Proficiency in SharePoint
• Knowledge of Agile Project Management Methodology
