Machine Learning Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and evaluate ML models with reproducible training and inference pipelines
• Develop feature engineering workflows and data quality checks with clear documentation
• Integrate models into services, add telemetry, and automate retraining and rollbacks
• Conduct experiments and ablation studies to improve accuracy, robustness, and efficiency
• Partner with data scientists and platform engineers to harden solutions for real-world usage

Requirements

• 8-12 years of related experience
• Hands-on experience with Python, ML frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow), and data tooling (Pandas/NumPy)
• Familiarity with cloud-native development, containers, and CI/CD
• Strong understanding of model evaluation, monitoring, and drift detection
• Effective collaboration skills and the ability to translate requirements into technical tasks

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
• Experience with vector databases, embedding models, or GPU acceleration
