Machine Learning Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and algorithms to solve specific business problems
• Build and maintain scalable machine learning pipelines for data ingestion, preprocessing, and deployment
• Transform models into deployable APIs and integrate them with existing infrastructure
• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to translate requirements into ML solutions
• Evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics and iterate to improve accuracy and scalability
• Monitor and maintain deployed models in production environments
• Document machine learning models, experiments, and deployment processes

Requirements

• 3+ years of industry experience in Machine Learning, Computer Science, or Data Science
• Hands-on experience developing and deploying ML models in production
• Strong programming skills in Python
• Experience with libraries such as TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, or scikit-learn
• Solid understanding of ML algorithms including regression, classification, and deep learning
• Familiarity with SQL, NoSQL, Spark, or Hadoop
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Understanding of Git and CI/CD pipelines
• TS/SCI with Full-Scope Polygraph clearance

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Computer Science or Machine Learning
• Experience with NLP, Computer Vision, or Recommender Systems
• Knowledge of MLOps practices and tools
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience building and deploying RESTful APIs
• Experience with statistical modeling and inference
