Responsibilities

• Research, design, develop, and test software for massive social data and prediction problems
• Apply expertise in ranking, classification, recommendation, and optimization or modern generative models like LLMs and diffusion models
• Develop highly scalable systems and algorithms leveraging deep learning and data regression
• Identify bottlenecks across technology, systems, and tools
• Build solutions that iterate quickly and leverage large-scale data
• Apply advanced ML methods to exploit modern parallel environments like distributed clusters and GPUs
• Lead small teams or projects, providing technical guidance and architectural direction

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Sciences, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field
• 4+ years of industry experience in software engineering or applied machine learning roles
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale systems and solving complex applied ML problems in production
• Experience in a tech lead capacity, including mentoring and driving technical direction
