Machine Learning Engineer

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development, maintenance, and support of Python libraries
• Participate in prompt engineering and maintain prompts for new LLM versions
• Conduct regular testing, performance analysis, and prompt benchmarking experiments
• Work within a machine learning squad to develop AI and Gen AI solutions
• Collaborate with clients and SMEs to understand business requirements and translate them into Python code

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 5+ years of professional experience
• Hands-on experience in building and developing Python applications
• Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming and design patterns
• Experience with enterprise architecture design
• Proficiency in Agile development methodologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with OpenAI and various LLM models, including performance evaluation
• Knowledge of machine learning and vector databases
• Experience with cloud-based application development, preferably Microsoft Azure
• Experience with Java development
• Prior experience in FinTech application development
• Exposure to working within a global delivery team
