Machine Learning Engineer

Responsibilities

• Build product models from idea to delivery
• Maintain models in production and build infrastructure for iterative updates
• Monitor for distribution shifts in data and adjust models accordingly
• Responsible for system architecture, design reviews, and code reviews
• Build targeting models for Direct Mail Channels
• Build risk models using credit bureau and customer performance data
• Build pricing and product relevance models
• Build models to automate back-office document processing
• Contribute to company strategy and identify new opportunities from data

Requirements

• Experience building and delivering product models
• Experience leading large, technically complex projects
• Experience working with disparate systems
• Experience with production-grade compilers, operating systems, or large distributed systems
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong collaborative mindset
