Responsibilities

• Create and ship highly-differentiated AI experiences for sales teams
• Craft AI/ML strategy in collaboration with founders and executives
• Pioneer the training of new models using historical and synthetic data
• Prototype innovative LLM-powered experiences and drive them into product features
• Help build and mentor a world-class AI/ML engineering team

Requirements

• 5+ years of industry experience in NLP
• Strong portfolio of model training
• Deep understanding of deep learning AI/ML frameworks or cloud services
• Hands-on ML Ops experience
• Expertise in NLP and model training, specifically with LLMs
• Proven experience adapting open-source generative models for specific use cases

Preferred Qualifications

• Track record of leading AI/ML research projects in a product environment
• Publications in applied AI/ML scientific journals
• Experience with Langchain, Llama, or Pinecone
