Machine Lead Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery within the production area to ensure manufacturing completion while adhering to safety, quality, and product specifications
• Follow occupational health and safety instructions in daily operations and act as a role model for safety behavior
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and organization according to 5S principles (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain)
• Perform machine start-stop checklists and monitor process parameters to ensure consistent component quality
• Conduct necessary measurements according to control plans to prevent the production of non-conforming products
• Prepare accurate and timely production reports, including start/end times and production quantities
• Operate forklifts, electric trolleys, and lifting equipment/cranes as required by production needs
• Support Machine Lead and Wind up staff to minimize material waste at the machine

Requirements

• 1 year of experience in tire or automotive manufacturing
• 1 year of experience working in a production department
• Valid Forklift license
• Valid Crane license
