Machine Corner Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Oversee a large 2-shift CNC operation for the manufacturing of full-size and scale properties and components for Creative Design
• Supervise a medium group of UAW Skilled Trades machinists
• Administer GM/UAW National and Local UAW Agreements
• Develop, coordinate, and track the DCF property plan for all major property builds and fabrication requests
• Manage high workloads and multiple concurrent projects using technical knowledge of CNC Machining and Prototype Model Making
• Utilize expertise in resource and workload planning, tracking, and reconciliation

Requirements

• 10 years of combined experience with applied CAD/CAM technologies
• Proficiency in NX CAM, Drafting, and Team Center
• Experience with CNC machine tools and controls such as HAAS, Fanuc, or Heidenhain
• In-depth knowledge of fabrication and manufacturing processes
• Strong technical, organizational, administrative, and leadership skills
• BBA or equivalent experience
