Machine and Plant Operator/Food Technology Specialist

Responsibilities

• Set up, prepare, operate, and monitor modern production facilities
• Ensure smooth production processes
• Monitor machine performance, quality, and production metrics
• Perform production-related quality controls
• Document production data and malfunctions
• Identify and resolve minor malfunctions and support maintenance work
• Comply with all quality, hygiene, and safety regulations
• Collaborate closely with production, technical, and quality assurance teams

Requirements

• Completed training as a machine and plant operator, food technology specialist, or comparable technical training
• Alternatively, several years of experience operating production facilities
• Experience in the food, beverage, packaging, pharma, or process industry is an advantage
• Technical understanding and interest in modern production systems
• Willingness to work in shifts
• Good German language skills
• Diligent and responsible way of working
• Team spirit and motivation
