Machine and Plant Operator

Responsibilities

• Perform value-adding activities within a shift operation
• Conduct control and inspection tasks to ensure quality
• Implement corrective measures and process workplace reports
• Troubleshoot, report, and resolve technical malfunctions
• Perform maintenance, repair, and independent setup/changeover processes
• Operate complex, similar machinery involving specialized technical tasks
• Participate in workshops and team meetings
• Provide workplace-specific instruction and training to colleagues

Requirements

• Completed 3-year vocational training in a relevant technical field
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable position
• Strong process and product knowledge
• Proficiency in using IT systems, including ERP, BDE, and MS Office
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Structured working style and ability to work effectively in a team
• Fluency in German (written and spoken)
