Machine and Plant Operator

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor production machines
• Ensure specified machine performance and production processes
• Comply with all safety, quality, and hygiene regulations
• Perform production-related quality controls
• Carry out maintenance, cleaning, and minor repair work
• Collaborate within the team to ensure smooth production workflows

Requirements

• Vocational training as a machine and plant operator, specialist in food technology, production technician, or similar technical training
• Experience in machine operation (food, beverages, packaging, chemical, or similar sectors)
• Technical understanding and willingness to learn new systems
• Basic PC skills for documentation and production systems
• Availability to work in a 2-shift system
• Reliable, structured working style and teamwork skills
