MAC Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Associates to achieve sales, customer service, and operational targets
• Act as the "CEO" of the store, creating and executing agile business plans to recruit and retain customers
• Manage strategic targeting and impactful in-store events to drive brand engagement
• Oversee daily retail operations, including inventory management, facilities management, and cash reconciliation
• Drive performance through sales analysis, staff scheduling, and exceptional customer relationship management
• Execute front-line marketing initiatives and consumer insight strategies

Requirements

• Proven retail management or assistant retail management experience
• Experience in the cosmetics industry is preferred
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams to achieve sales and service targets
• Strong business planning skills, including sales analysis and target setting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail Point-of-Sale (POS) software
• Ability to work flexible retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events
• Strong leadership, coaching, and interpersonal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in the prestige beauty industry
• Proven track record of creating and executing successful in-store events
