MAC Keyholder

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure smooth and efficient store operations
• Lead by example to model behaviors required for the sales team to achieve targets
• Provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service to all clients
• Perform essential start and end of day cash reconciliation tasks
• Take responsibility for opening and closing the store on a rota basis
• Coach and mentor team members to drive sales and service excellence

Requirements

• Proven retail experience
• Ability to provide exceptional, personalized customer service
• Experience with cash handling and reconciliation
• Proficiency with retail point-of-sale (POS) software
• Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events
• Experience in the cosmetics industry is preferred but not required
• Previous supervisory or coaching experience is a plus
