MAC Cosmetics Keyholder

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure smooth and efficient store operations
• Lead by example to model behaviors required for the sales team to provide inspirational and personalized customer service
• Coach and mentor team members to achieve sales and customer service targets
• Perform essential start and end of day cash reconciliation tasks
• Take responsibility for opening and closing the store on a rota basis

Requirements

• Proven retail experience
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
• Experience with retail point-of-sale (POS) software
• Ability to work flexible retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events
• Ability to provide proof of right to live and work in the country

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in the cosmetics industry
• Previous retail operations experience, including cash reconciliation and store opening/closing procedures
• Previous supervisory experience, including coaching or mentoring others
